Facility Management and Maintenance Section (FMM) provides campus-wide buildings and facility management, campus services, equipment support to function venues as well as mailing and dispatch services under the supervision of Campus Management and Development Office (CMDO).
Our services include campus postings, campus signage, cleaning and pest control services, furniture and moving services, mailing and dispatch services, printing service, building monitoring, facility maintenance, landscape and water body management, classroom and venue support, AV technical support, etc.

- To utilize and succeed in cost-effective allocation of estate resources for estate management;
